Electronic document exchange
The EDX module (Electronic Document eXchange) aims to establish a close communication channel between a company and its customers. It is a solution for those providers that need to give support to their clients without their clients having to access OpenKM, while keeping the documentation properly classified within OpenKM.
These are some of the benefits:
- The application allows two-way communication between the company and its customers.
- The EDX management of external customer users is handled independently, and the number of users is unlimited.
- The company decides for each client which documents to share.
- The documents will be properly classified in OpenKM.
- Customers have a platform that allows them to access their documentation, make inquiries, send documents to the company, and be kept permanently updated through news (the documents that the company shares with the customers).
- It allows customers to access their documentation at any time and from anywhere, upload, search, and preview their documents, and be kept permanently updated through news (the documents that the company shares with the customers).
