Electronic document exchange 2.x

The EDX module (Electronic Document eXchange) aims to establish a close communication channel between a company and its customers. It is a solution for those providers that need to give support their clients without them having to access OpenKM but keeping the documentation properly classified within OpenKM

Thse are some of benefits:

• The application allows two-way communication between the company and its customers.
• The EDX management of external customer users is done independently and the number of users is unlimited.
• The company decides for each client which documents share
• The documents will be properly classified in OpenKM
• Customers have a platform that allows them to access their documentation, make inquiries, send documents to the company, as well as be permanently updated through news (the documents that the company shares with the Customer)
• Allows customer to access to its documentation at any time and from anywhere, upload, search and preview its documents as well as be permanently updated through news (the documents that the company shares with the customer)
