Migration from 1.12 to 2.0

• Update Java version 1.8 to version 11
• Update tomcat 8.x to tomcat 9.x ( keep the remote-signature.properties configuration file in the %TOMCAT_HOME )
• Stop Tomcat
• Replace the remote-signature.war archive.
• Start Tomcat
