Rebuild checksums
The Rebuild Checksums feature helps the administrator recalculate the checksum of every document and mail under a given path, using the currently configured checksum algorithm.
Rebuild Procedure
- Set the Path, or click the folder icon to select it from the repository browser.
- Click the Rebuild button.
This task runs in background and may take a while, depending on the volume of data under the selected path.
Once finished, a summary is shown with the number of documents and mails processed, the total size, and the elapsed time.
