Microsoft Add-in does not show up

Symptoms

The OpenKM Add-in tab does not show up.

Cause

The Add-in registration process does not complete.

Resolution

Verify that multiple versions of the Add-in are not installed; keep a single version.

If you are installing with the PC's administrator account, select the "Everyone" option during installation.

If you are going to install using any non-administrator user account on the PC, select the "Just me" option during installation.
