Symptoms

The OpenKM contextual menu is not shown in the browser

Cause

In most cases, a third-party application is locking the contextual menu feature.

Resolution

Disable browser extension (or add-on). For example, a Chrome extension named "Open with Soda Player (Soda Player)" is the cause of this behaviour.
