Microsoft Addin does not show up

Symptoms

The OpenKM Add-in tab does not show up.

Cause

The AddIn registration process does not complete.

Resolution

Verify that there are not several versions of the Add-in installed, keep a single version.

If you are installing with the PC's administrator account, select the "Everyone" option during installation.

If you are going to install with any non-Administrator user of the PC, select the "Just me" option during the installation.
