Workflow Input field

In most cases is used to enter free-form text, although it can be used to save HTTP links, date data, or refer to the application folder ( as an internal link to this folder ).

Unique field identifier.

Two fields can't have the same name in the exact task definition. The name must be unique.

Type value. Allowed types:

  • text.
  • date.
  • link.
  • folder.
  • password.

Can specify a default value for this component.

There's a particular case for date types. Data is stored in the format "yyyyMMddHHmmss"; take care of it when you're using OpenKM API.

width

The width of the HTML element.

In the case of KCenter, UI must use width values based on %, for example:

  • width="50%" will work
  • width="100px" will be ignored in the KCenter UI.

height The height of the HTML element. false
data

When present, it is an identifier used to load data.

For example, to dynamically load the Input value.

 
readonly The set field cannot be modified in the user interface. By default, the value is "false". false
timeFormat

When the input type is the date, we can specify if we want to be able to see and modify hours and minutes. Allowed values:

  • hm
  • h
  • none
