Migration from v2.8 to v2.9

• Stop Tomcat and replace the WAR
• Replace the invoice.war archive at $TOMCAT_HOME/webapps
• Replace the invoice-plugins.jar archive at $TOMCAT_HOME/plugins
• Start Tomcat again
