Migration from v2.2 to v2.3

Stop Tomcat and replace the edx.war archive
Replace the edx-plugins.jar archive at $TOMCAT_HOME/plugins
Update the edx.properties

spring.jpa.hibernate.ddl-auto=update

Start Tomcat again
