Migration from 2.9 to 2.10

• Stop Tomcat and replace the WAR
• Replace the invoice.war archive at $TOMCAT_HOME/webapps
• Replace the inovice-plugins.jar archive at $TOMCAT_HOME/plugins
• Start Tomcat again
