OpenKM, to protect individual rights, especially regarding automated processing, and with a desire to be transparent with users, has established a policy that lists all possible processing activities, the purposes pursued, their legal basis, and the means available to users to exercise their rights.

The owner collects your data.

The general data that will be collected are name and surname, address, email, telephone number, and payment-related data. Other types of data may be collected, and the user will be informed accordingly.
For what purpose is your data processed?
The purpose of processing the personal data that may be collected is for the holder to use them mainly for managing its relationship with you, to offer you products and services according to your interests, to improve your user experience and, where applicable, to process your inquiries or orders. A commercial profile will be developed based on the information you provide, and no automated decisions will be made based on this profile.

They will be registered in the client file, and their processing will be recorded in the registry of processing activities to be maintained by the holder (from May 25th, 2018); it could also be included in the file created with the personal data registered in the AEPD (Spanish Data Protection Agency) or the competent body of the respective autonomous community. The name of the file is CRM.
