Digital Signature extension
Digital Signature helps you to sign documents with installed certificates.
This option is only available if you have enabled the Digital Signature feature.
You can sign documents in repository or new documents.
Only PDF documents can be signed or which are able to be converted to PDF format.

This feature needs to have Java enabled in your browser. For security reasons the procedures of encrypting and decrypting are always done from the user computer side.
If you're using a recent version of Google Chrome, keep in mind that Java applets won't work. Please take a look at Browser configuration for more info.
Sign document in repository
- Choose the document.
- Click on
Sign document menu option at tools menu. Will be shown a popup.
- Choose a certificate.
- Click on Sign button.
As part of setting a Digital Signature a comment "signed" to the document. You can view it from history tab.
Upload and sign new document
- Click on
Add document icon.
- Choose file from your computer.
- Check the Sign Document checkbox.
- Click on Send button.
Digital Signature is not compatible with "Import document from ZIP" option.
