Check email
The check email feature helps the administrator to check the application mail configuration.
Check email
- Fill the fields
- From
- To
- Subject
- Content
- Click on Check button
If the application mail configuration application is correctly set it will return an "OK" otherwise will be shown the cause of the error.
If the send.mail.from.user configuration property is set to false, the "From" field will be ignored and will make use of the mail.from JavaMail configuration property. Note that depending on the SMTP server configuration only the address configured in mail.smtp.user may be able to send messages, this mean, the user who appears in the "From" field.
