Check email
The Check Email feature helps the administrator verify the application's mail configuration.
Check email
- Fill in the fields
- From
- To
- Subject
- Content
- Click the Check button
If the application mail configuration is correctly set, it will return an "OK"; otherwise the cause of the error will be shown.
If the send.mail.from.user configuration property is set to false, the "From" field will be ignored and the mail.from JavaMail configuration property will be used instead. Depending on the SMTP server configuration, only the address configured in mail.smtp.user may be able to send messages.
