Enable extensions
By default, all OpenKM extensions are available but disabled. There is no longer a registration step: you only need to enable the ones you want on the Profile General tab.
Extensions are not visible to users until you enable them in the profile and assign that profile to the user.
Types of extensions:
- Do not require additional software configuration.
- Require additional software configuration (see the specific extension page).
How to enable an extension
Go to Administration > Profiles, edit the profile, open the Misc section and add the extension to the Extensions selector. Save the profile and assign it to the users who need it.
The Stapling extension is deprecated and has been superseded by Relation.
The Online Editor extension has been available since OpenKM version 8.1.15.
