diffpdf: error while loading shared libraries: libpoppler-qt4.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Symptoms

Compare document version does not work.

Cause

Missing libraries.

Resolution

• Stop OpenKM
• Copy diffpdf folder with libraries to tomcat-XXX/lib (download from diffpdf.zip)
• Add the following lines to the end of the file tomcat-XXX/setenv.sh

export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:$CATALINA_HOME/lib/diffpdf
export DISPLAY=:1

•  Start OpenKM
