Document preview fails after upgrade to OpenKM v6.4.35

Symptons

When you try to preview a document, an error message is shown in place of the expected document content. A red cross appears on document thumbnail.

Cause

There is a new conversion plugin called "RemoteMsOfficeConversion" which may cause this issue.

Solution

Go to Administration > Utilities > Plugins, choose "com.openkm.plugin.conversion.Converter" and verify the "RemoteMsOfficeConversion" plugin is disabled. If enabled, click on the green check icon to disable it.
