When a user deletes objects (folders, documents, emails, or records), they go into the user's trash to prevent accidental deletions and to allow recovery of lost data.

Although users have a feature to clean their own trash, they usually do not use it. This can lead to a lot of garbage in the trash.

The administrator should periodically check the repository's growth, and especially the size of the trash.
