Encryption Tool

It allows you to encrypt several documents and upload them to the OpenKM repository, as well as download and decrypt them locally.

Caution

To encrypt from the OpenKM user interface, you need to activate the following extension:

• Go to Administration > Utilities > Database query. At the bottom right, select the option JDBC, and paste the SQL inserts for the extension you want to enable. Then click the execute button at the bottom right.
• Finally, you must enable the extension using the Administration > Profiles option in the General tab > Misc option.
