General section

Name |
The name of the profile. Two profiles cannot share the same name. |

Active |
Sets whether the profile is enabled. |

Increase version |

Show event notifications |
When enabled, messages sent by the application are shown to the user in a pop-up. Common notifications:

Sent Mail Storage |
Sets the default mail storage location. Available options:

Quick search visible |
Show or hide the top-right quick search in the UI. |

Sets the enabled extensions for the profile. |

Sets the enabled reports for the profile. |

Sets the available workflows for the profile. |

Sets the available property groups for the profile. |
Pagination section
Pagination control

Page list |
Sets the distinct values that will be shown for the number of elements per page. For example, the value "10;25;50;100" sets the number of elements per page to 10, 25, 50, or 100. From the user's view, they can choose one of these options. When pagination is enabled, at least one value must be set. To separate the distinct values, use the character ";". |

Type filter |
When enabled, a type filter is shown, which helps the user display only documents, folders, records, or mails. * |

Shows or hides folders by default. * |
