Field	Description
Web skin	Sets the default skin (CSS styles applied). Info message
Keywords enabled	Enables or disables keyword shortcuts.
Increase version	When enabled, users can choose whether to upload a document as a minor or major version.
Add document title	When enabled, documents have an extra field named title. A title is shown: A column in a file explorer view. Search view When uploading a new document. On the document properties tab.
Show event notifications	When enabled, messages sent by the application are shown to the user in a pop-up. Common notifications: New documents uploaded. New task assigned. New mails received.
Sent Mail Storage	Sets the default mail storage location. Available options: Mail folder ("/okm:root/${user}/sent") Current folder (user-selected frontend UI folder).
Quick search visible	Show or hide the top-right quick search in the UI.
Extensions	Sets the enabled extensions for the profile.
Reports	Sets the enabled reports for the profile.
Workflows	Sets the available workflows for the profile.
Property Groups	Sets the available property groups for the profile.

Pagination control

Field	Description
Page list	Sets the distinct values that will be shown for the number of elements per page. For example, the value "10;25;50;100" sets the number of elements per page to 10, 25, 50, or 100. From the user's view, they can choose one of these options. When pagination is enabled, at least one value must be set. To separate the distinct values, use the character ";".
Type filter	When enabled, a type filter is shown, which helps the user display only documents, folders, records, or mails. *
Show folders by default	Shows or hides folders by default. *
Show documents by default	Shows or hides documents by default. *
Show mails by default	Shows or hides mails by default. *
Show records by default	Shows or hides records by default. *
* When the type filter is enabled, options such as 'Show folders by default' must be active; otherwise they are not taken into consideration and all types are shown.

Shortcuts are keyword combinations for a faster way of accomplishing a task.

Create Folder	Executes the create folder action on the selected node. CTRL+N
Refresh	Executes the refresh action. F5
Add Document	Executes the add document action. INSERT
Bookmarks	Executes a bookmark action on the selected node. ALT+B
Help	Shows a help popup. F1
Logout	Logs the user out of the application. CTRL+ALT+Q
Delete	Executes a delete action on the selected node. ALT+DELETE
