Unfortunately, the automatic upgrade tools are not compliance with all the companies policies and in some cases is mandatory do a manual upgrade.
We have decided not explaining here because although almost migration steps between OpenKM versions are easy, someone's needs you pay attention to them. For better service and to keep safe your system we think working together on it is the best scenario.
