Profile Menu tab
These menu options take precedence over toolbar or contextual menu options.

- Toolbar
Preference hierarchy: higher-level preferences take precedence over lower-level ones. If an upper-level option is disabled, it will also be disabled at a lower level.
For example, when the download menu option is disabled, it will not be shown in the toolbar, even if it is enabled there.
