Migration from 1.12 to 2.0

• Update Java from version 1.8 to version 11
• Update Tomcat 8.x to Tomcat 9.x (keep the remote-signature.properties configuration file in %TOMCAT_HOME)
• Stop Tomcat
• Replace the remote-signature.war archive.
• Start Tomcat
