Outlook Add-in

Outlook Add-in 8.2.x enables users to select several emails and import their content and attachments into OpenKM.

Importing mail creates a folder based on the received email date (year/month/day folder structure) and imports them into the mail content in the OpenKM mail tab view.

Word Add-in

Word Add-in 8.2.x enables users to upload new files and edit existing OpenKM files.

When a user uploads new files, they browse the OpenKM tree view to select where to upload the files.

The OpenKM Word Add-in detects whether the document opened by a user is an OpenKM file and enables or disables certain toolbar options.

Excel Add-in

Excel Add-in 8.2.x enables users to upload new files and edit existing OpenKM files.
