Document expiration is a notification system alert which can be used to advice users nearly document expiration and expired documents.
The administrator set their own groups of users.
This option is hidden when Document extension extension is not enabled. Read about it at Enable extensions .

- Click on Add icon.
- Set the group name.
- Set the users.
- Click on Edit button.
- Click on Delete icon.
- Click on Delete button.
Synchronize all application users in document expiration groups creating a new group for each user.
- Click on top right Sync Users.
Each time you execute this action will be removed all previous application users and will be set the full list again.

- Click on top right Sync Roles.
Each time you execute this action will be removed all previous application roles and will be set the full list again.
Remove all groups.
