Create support zip

This feature allows the user to download a ZIP file containing important information about the current installation. It contains the following files:

• openkm.xml: OpenKM configuration file
• openkm.properties: OpenKM configuration file
• logback.xml: logging configuration file
• configuration.properties: generated configuration properties
• context.xml: Tomcat context configuration file
• server.xml: Tomcat server configuration file
• web.xml: Tomcat web configuration file
• setenv.sh: Tomcat environment settings
• env.properties: environment properties
• system.properties: system properties
• Log files from the application log directory
