Repository checker
The Repository Checker feature helps the administrator verify the repository's integrity. It is useful when the administrator suspects the system may have been compromised, for example due to a hard disk failure or similar issue.

Path |
The path from which the verification process will start. Common values:

The fast verification will only check the existence of the latest document version. |

Versions |
Verifies the existence of all document versions. This option has priority over the Fast option. |

Checksum |
Calculates the checksum of each repository document and compares it with the value stored in the database. |
Check repository
The process can take several minutes or hours depending on the repository's size and the options checked.
The repository checker process will show progress as a percentage. Before this is shown, the application calculates the total number of nodes that should be checked. In a huge repository, this calculation can take several minutes; please be patient.
- Set the path.
- Choose repository checker options (Fast, Versions, Checksum).
- Click the Check button.
