Database import
The database importer helps the administrator import data from a database source to a destination folder within the current OpenKM.

DB URL |
Connection URL of a source OpenKM database. |
DB user |
Name of the user of the source OpenKM database. |
DB password |
Password of the user of the source OpenKM database. |
Source folder |
UUID of the source folder in the source OpenKM. |
Destination folder |
UUID of the destination folder within the current OpenKM. |
Thread pool size |
Number of threads for executing the process. |
Source tenant ID | ID of the tenant from a source OpenKM. |
Concurrent documents | Check whether you want to import this data. |
Concurrent folders | Check whether you want to import this data. |
Concurrent records | Check whether you want to import this data. |
Concurrent mails | Check whether you want to import this data. |
Nodes | Check whether you want to import this data. |
Users and roles | Check whether you want to import this data. |
Node relations | Check whether you want to import this data. |
Bookmarks | Check whether you want to import this data. |
Import
- Set the DB URL.
- Set the DB user.
- Set the DB user password.
- Set the source folder.
- Set the destination folder.
- Set the thread pool size.
- Set the source tenant ID.
- Check the database import options.
- Click on the Import button.
