Folder style

The application changes the folder icons based on the security granted, users' subscriptions, and whether the folder has subfolders. There are about eight possible folder statuses.

The folder style named "default" cannot be deleted or renamed.

The folder style named "default" is used by the application to set the folder icons on all folders by default.

Create a new Folder style

  • On the top right, click on  New folder style icon.
  • Set the name.
  • Click on Create button.
  • Repeat clicking on  Create icon for all empty icon statuses until all statuses have an icon.
    • Choose an image from your file system.
    • Optionally check "Copy to all icons" if you want to use the icon for all icon statuses.
    • Click on Create button.
  • Finally click on Done button.

The size of the images should be 16px x 16px.

Two style folders cannot have the same name.

Clone a Folder style.

  • Click on  Clone icon.
  • Set a new name.
  • Click on Clone button.

Edit a Folder style

  • Click on Edit a folder style icon.
    • Click on Edit icon.
    • Choose an image from your file system.
    • Optionally check "Copy to all icons" if you want to use the icon for all icon statuses.
    • Click on Edit button.
  • Finally click on Done button.

Delete a Folder style.

  • Click on  Delete a folder style icon.
  • Click on Delete button.

When a folder style is deleted, all the folders that had it assigned will be reassigned to the default folder style.
