Built-in Autocomplete Form plugins

NameDescription

SampleAutocompleteFormValues

Basic example implementation. Fills every empty text Input field of the metadata form with a placeholder value ("Autocomplete with name: " followed by the field's name), recursing into HorizontalPanel and VerticalPanel elements. Does not use any real data source - intended as a starting point to copy when writing a new autocomplete implementation.

AIAutocompleteFormValues

AI-powered implementation. Uses PropertyGroupAIUtils to send the document's extracted text to the configured AI provider and get back a value for each field of the metadata group, then applies them to the form (Input, CheckBox, TextArea, SuggestBox, Select, and Matrix elements, via the interface's autocompleteHelper default method). Requires the document to already have extracted text and the AI configuration parameters to be set.

Neither plugin is wired to a metadata group automatically. To use one, reference its canonical class name in the autocompleteValueClassName attribute of a property-group element in the metadata XML definition - see Creating your own Autocomplete Form plugin for the full XML examples and the AutocompleteFormValues interface.
