Rebuild indexes
The Rebuild Indexes feature helps the administrator rebuild Lucene indexes.
| Indexes | Description |
|---|---|
| Text extractor | Extracts all document contents and rebuilds the indexes. |
| Lucene indexes | Rebuilds indexes with actual contents. When you choose this option, you can rebuild all node types or only the selected ones. Available options are: - NodeDocument for rebuilding nodes of type document. - NodeFolder for rebuilding nodes of type folder. - NodeMail for rebuilding nodes of type mail. - NodeRecord for rebuilding nodes of type record. |
| Optimize indexes | Remove older contents that no longer exist in the repository. |
Rebuild
Section titled “Rebuild”- Choose the index to rebuild.
- Click the Execute button.
