Create support zip
This feature allows the user to download a zip file with important information about the current installation. It contains the following files:
- env.properties: environment properties
- openkm.log: application log
- openkm.properties: OpenKM configuration file
- openkm.xml: OpenKM configuration file
- server.xml: Tomcat configuration file
- system.properties: system properties
