Stamp extension

OpenKM 7.1 comes with two user interfaces, called "classic" and "kcenter". Although both are functionally very similar, the layout and the way they are used may differ significantly. This page is based on the "classic" user interface. If you are using the "kcenter" user interface and have any doubts about accessing any of these features, please create a ticket on the support website.

The Stamp feature helps you insert an image into a document.

This option is only available if you have enabled the Stamp feature.

You can stamp a document with an image or text.

Document stamping

  • Choose a document (PDF or convertible to PDF).
  • Click on the  Stamp icon.
  • Choose the stamp type from the list.
  • Click on the Stamp button.

When the selected document is not a PDF, a new PDF document with the stamp will be created.
