Workflow extension
OpenKM 7.1 comes with two user interfaces, called "classic" and "kcenter". Although both are functionally very similar, the layout and the way they are used may have significant differences. This page is based on the "classic" user interface. If you are using the "kcenter" user interface and have any doubts about accessing any of these features, please create a ticket in the support website.
The workflow extension helps to show, chronologically, the tasks performed and the graph that shows the status of the workflow.
Usage
Show workflows assigned to a node
- Choose a node.
- Select the Workflow tab.
Log
- Click on
Log icon to show detailed information about the workflow.
- Click on
Home button to return to the list of assigned workflows.
Graph
- Click on
Graph icon to show the workflow graph with the current workflow task highlighted.
