Download tokens

The download token feature helps application users to share documents with external users without need to be logged into the application. With Download tokens log feature, the administrator can take control over the documents that has been shared, the users who shared it and when had been downloaded.

Download tokens log are shown is a table structure:

Field	Description
Token	The unique token UUID.
Document	The shared document.
Creater	Id of the user who shared the document.
Creation	Date when the document had been shared.
Used	Indicates if the document has been downloaded or not.
Expiration time	Indicates the date when the document will not be longer downloaded.
Action	Deletes a token
