AI chatbot Log

This feature helps the administrator review the conversations held with the chatbot, listing each question and answer along with the documents used by the AI to compose the response.

Caution

This menu entry only appears under Administration > Utilities > AI when the chatbot (RAG) feature is enabled.

Check AI Chatbot Log

• Fill in the fields:
  • From and To (required): date range to filter the log.
  • IP: filters entries by the visitor’s IP address.
  • Filter by any field: filters entries by matching text in the question, answer, or IP.
• Click the Search button.
• Click the Clean button to reset all the fields.
• Click the Date column header to toggle the sort order.

Tip

Each row shows the date, the visitor’s IP, the question, the answer, and, in the Documents column, a link to every document the AI used as a source (RAG) to compose that answer.
