Forum extension
The Forum extension helps you create discussion topics on nodes (document, folder, email, or record). Also, there is a general-purpose forum available from the Dashboard view.
Create new topic
Section titled “Create new topic”- Choose a node (document, folder, email, or record).
- Click on the New topic button.
- Fill in the form.
- Click on the Create button.
Create reply
Section titled “Create reply”- Choose a topic on a node.
- Click on the Post reply button.
- Fill in the form.
- Click on the Create button.
Update post
Section titled “Update post”- Choose a topic on a node.
- Click on
the Edit icon. - Modify the form.
- Click on the Update button.
Delete post
Section titled “Delete post”- Choose a topic on a node.
- Click on
the Delete icon. - Click on the Accept button.
