Statistics

In the statistics view, graphical information about repository size and its distribution across the distinct root nodes (taxonomy, personal, trash, etc.) is shown. The basic server information, like memory and disk usage, is also shown.

To understand how your repository is growing and make hard disk estimates, these pie charts are useful:

  • Documents by context.
  • Document sizes by context.
  • Folders by context.
  • Emails by context.
  • Records by context.

Some pie charts describe the distribution by context. These contexts are:

  • Taxonomy (the /okm:root context)
  • Template (the /okm:template context, where you can place your document templates)
  • Personal (the /okm:personal context, where each OpenKM user can store their personal - not shared - documents)
  • Mail (the /okm:mail context, where user emails are stored by default)
  • Trash (the /okm:trash context, which stores deleted documents, folders, etc.)
