Shorten URLs

This feature helps the administrator review and manage the shortened URLs created via the REST API, listing the short URL ID, the original URL it points to, the User who created it, and the Creation date.

Note

A shortened URL is created by calling the /shorten REST API endpoint with the URL to shorten. Visiting /l/ redirects to the original URL.

• To search, fill in the filter field and click the search icon.
• Click the ID column header to toggle the sort order.
• Click the refresh icon to reload the list.

Delete a shortened URL

• Click the Delete icon and confirm.

Caution

Deleting a shortened URL breaks any link already shared using it: visiting /l/ afterwards returns a ‘Not Found’ error.
