HTML editor extension

The application comes with an integrated HTML editor.

Tip

This option is only available if you have enabled the HTML Editor feature.

You can edit several HTML documents at the same time and switch the editor between them for copying and pasting operations.

Features

Feature	Description
Update	Upload a new document version (check-in). When uploading a new version of a document, you can notify users about document changes. The application sends the notification by mail.
Cancel edit	Cancel document editing.
Link document	Add a link to a document.
Link folder	Add a link to a folder.
Add image	Add an image.
Download link	Add a download link.
Code	Add a code section.

Tip

You can navigate through linked documents and folders or download documents from the Preview view.

Edit HTML

• Choose an HTML document.
• Click the Edit icon.
• Modify the content.
• Click the Update icon.
