Enable extensions
By default, all OpenKM extensions are available but disabled. There is no longer a registration step: you only need to enable the ones you want in the user’s Profile General tab.
Extensions fall into two categories:
- Extensions that do not require additional software configuration.
- Extensions that require additional software configuration (see the specific extension page).
How to Enable Extensions
Section titled “How to Enable Extensions”Go to Administration > Profiles, edit the profile, open the Misc section and add the extension in the Extensions selector. Save the profile and assign it to the users that need it.
