Database import
The Database Import feature helps the administrator import data from a source OpenKM database into a destination folder within the current OpenKM instance.
| Field | Description |

| DB URL | Connection URL of a source OpenKM database. |
| DB user | Name of the user of the source OpenKM database. |
| DB password | Password of the user of the source OpenKM database. |
| Source folder | UUID of the source folder in the source OpenKM. |
| Destination folder | UUID of the destination folder within the current OpenKM. |
| Thread pool size | Number of threads for executing the process. |
| Source tenant ID | ID of the tenant from a source OpenKM. |
| Concurrent documents | Check to include this data in the import. |
| Concurrent folders | Check to include this data in the import. |
| Concurrent records | Check to include this data in the import. |
| Concurrent mails | Check to include this data in the import. |
| Nodes | Check to include this data in the import. |
| Users and roles | Check to include this data in the import. |
| Node relations | Check to include this data in the import. |
| Bookmarks | Check to include this data in the import. |
Import
Section titled “Import”- Set the DB URL.
- Set the DB user.
- Set the DB user password.
- Set the source folder.
- Set the destination folder.
- Set the thread pool size.
- Set the source tenant ID.
- Check the database import options.
- Click the Import button.
