Download tokens
The Download Tokens feature allows application users to share documents with external users without requiring them to log into the application. Administrators can use this view to monitor shared documents, the users who shared them, and download activity.
The download tokens log is shown in a table structure:
Token Document Creator Creation Used Expiration time Action
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Token | The unique token UUID. |
| Document | The shared document. |
| Creator | ID of the user who shared the document. |
| Creation | Date when the document was shared. |
| Used | Indicates whether the document has been downloaded. |
| Expiration time | Indicates the date after which the document can no longer be downloaded. |
| Action | Deletes a token. |
Delete token
Section titled “Delete token”- Click on
the Delete token button.
