Create support zip

This feature allow the user to download a zip file with important info about current installation. It contains the following files:

• env.properties: environment properties
• openkm.log: application log
• OpenKM.cfg: OpenKM configuration file
• OpenKM.xml: OpenKM configuration file
• server.xml: tomcat configuration file
• system.properties: system properties

Note

This feature will download a zip file to your computer.

Caution

It will only download application log for the current day. Old logs won’t be downloaded.
